Georgian Gold-Filled Citrine Fob
A late georgian era gold-filled fob with a foil-backed carved citrine intaglio of initials on the bottom. This fob is quite large with an engraved ring on top as well. The initials appear to read “FM” on the base.
Era: Georgian (1714-1837)

Size: 35mm long (not including top ring) by 25mm wide.
Weight is 18.8 grams.
Condition Report:
In fair condition, much of the gold-fill plating has come off exposing the base metal beneath. Wear to commensurate age. Citrine on the base is in very good condition.
